Divisional Marketing Manager

Overview:

In this role, you’ll focus on building and executing marketing plans that drive top-line growth, with an emphasis on PPC (Google Ads), paid search, retargeting, and other digital marketing tactics. You’ll also have the opportunity to shape regional marketing strategies, launch new service lines, and collaborate with passionate leaders across the organization.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop individual marketing plans/strategies for 2 brands: You will be responsible for crafting tailored marketing plans that cater to the unique needs of each brand as well as the various service lines. In partnership with our Campaign Development and Digital marketing team, you will build plans that drive revenue with special focus on new customer acquisition.
  • Digital marketing expertise: You will work with the digital marketing agency and serve as the main point of contact for PPC, LSA, retargeting, and other digital marketing tactics. Leverage deep knowledge of online marketing platforms,
  • Expert in assigned brands: Be the foremost expert in your assigned brands' needs, business goals, opportunities, and challenges, including the competitive market.
  • Collaboration with General Managers (GM): Each brand is headed by a GM who will see you as their go-to marketing expert and partner equally committed to brand’s growth. You will develop partnerships across operations to understand unique market and brand needs.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate across departments to plan, launch, and measure lead generation campaigns across digital, direct mail, TV, radio, sponsorships, and hyper-local marketing.
  • Marketing Generalist- Comfortable working with marketing experts in every discipline and able to translate strategies to operational teams to understand the purpose and benefit of programs.
  • Data Analysis: Continuously monitor and analyze the performance of each brand, marketing campaigns, providing reports, insights and actionable recommendations to enhance effectiveness.
  • Social and Reputation Management- Manage and monitor the social media content calendars and reputation scores across all platforms.
  • Budget Management & Planning- Develop marketing plans and budgets for each brand continually monitoring results to drive incremental phone calls and web leads for each brand. Provide General Managers regular status updates.
  • Vendor/Agency Management- Build and maintain strong relationships with external digital marketing agencies and vendors to ensure successful campaign execution.
  • Brand Communication: Organize and lead regular marketing meetings with leaders from each brand to ensure alignment and growth initiative focus.
  • Team Leadership & Team Player: Be an integral part of the marketing leadership and collaborate with cross-functional team members to create and deploy best-in-class marketing programs. Thoroughly enjoy marketing, growth programs, and making a difference!

 

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field with ability to develop strategies and execution plans (MBA a plus).
  • 3+ years of marketing experience in the home services industry- HVAC, plumbing, electrical, landscaping, roofing, or a similar field.
  • 5+ years of overall marketing, with a proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies as well as experience developing partner relationships
  • Strong understanding of the greater Seattle market and the surrounding areas and its unique consumer behaviors, seasonality, and media landscape.
  • In-depth digital marketing experience (PPC, LSA, retargeting), either with a digital marketing agency or managing vendor relationships.
  • Experience working with home service, multi-site business, retail, or hospitality is preferred but not required.
  • Experience in budgeting, results analysis and planning.
  • Experience working with various stakeholders, supporting multiple sites, and handling change management and integration of acquired entities, with excellent analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience identifying target audiences and devising campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate.
  • Experience utilizing various marketing-based systems and software. Demonstrated knowledge and experience utilizing Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PPT, Outlook) or similar software.

$115,000 - $125,000 USD
