Seeking out a performance driven Marketing Manager to drive results for our West Division. For the first 6 – 9 months, this role will evaluate performance across West brands and drive day to day marketing for our largest brand.  Based on performance and business needs the role is expected to expand and may support additional brands.

This person is expected to be a highly driven, highly analytical, organized, and hands-on Marketing Manager to lead and execute results driven marketing strategies.

Position Overview

  • Lead and execute local marketing initiatives focused on demand generation, campaign execution, operational alignment, and brand growth.
  • Partner closely with operation leaders, agency partners, creative teams, and digital marketing teams to drive leads, revenue, and brand awareness.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume marketing environment.
  • Weekly reports and insights on West brands to identify early opportunities and risks.
  • Reports into Director, Marketing for West Division

Responsibilities

  • Develop marketing plans/strategies: You will be responsible for crafting tailored marketing plans that cater to the unique needs of the brand as well as the various service lines. In partnership with our Campaign Development and Digital marketing team, you will build plans that drive revenue with special focus on new customer acquisition.
  • Digital marketing expertise: You will work with the digital marketing agencies to optimize PPC, LSA, retargeting, and other digital marketing tactics.
  • Expert in assigned brand: Be the foremost expert in the brands' needs, business goals, opportunities, and challenges, including the competitive market.
  • Leadership Collaboration & Brand Communication: Partner closely with General Managers and operational leaders as the brand’s go-to marketing expert, leading regular meetings, aligning marketing strategies with business goals, and providing performance insights and recommendations to leadership.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate across departments to plan, launch, and measure lead generation campaigns across digital, direct mail, TV, radio, SMS, sponsorships, and hyper-local marketing.
  • Marketing Generalist- Comfortable working with marketing experts in every discipline and able to translate strategies to operational teams to understand the purpose and benefit of programs.
  • Data Analysis & Insights: Continuously monitor and analyze the performance of the brand and marketing campaigns with a highly detail-oriented, analytical approach. Leverage advanced Excel skills and AI-powered tools to surface insights, and translate data into clear, actionable recommendations that drive measurable results.
  • Weekly reporting: Evaluate West performance identifying opportunities and risks.
  • Budget Management & Planning- Develop marketing plans and budgets, continually monitoring results to drive incremental phone calls and web leads.
  • Vendor/Agency Management- Build and maintain strong relationships with external agencies, vendors, and media partners to ensure successful campaign execution.
  • Team Leadership & Team Player: Be an integral part of the marketing leadership and collaborate with cross-functional team members to create and deploy best-in-class marketing programs.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field with ability to develop strategies and execution plans (MBA a plus).
  • 5+ years of overall marketing experience, with a proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies as well as experience developing partner relationships.
  • Experience in home services, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, retail, multi-location, or consumer service industries strongly preferred.
  • In-depth digital marketing experience with experience across digital marketing channels, tools, and platforms; fluency in digital metrics, attribution, and performance reporting.
  • Strong understanding of local marketing and lead generation strategies.
  • Experience managing multiple campaigns and priorities simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis, reporting, and performance modeling (pivot tables, complex formulas, dashboards). Comfort leveraging AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Copilot, or similar) to accelerate insight generation and reporting efficiency is strongly preferred.
  • Proven track record of driving measurable marketing results; candidates should be prepared to discuss specific examples during the interview process, including how their efforts directly impacted lead generation, revenue, or brand growth.
  • Experience working within a platform, franchise, or multi-brand environment is a plus — familiarity with managing marketing across multiple locations or sister brands is highly valued.
  • This is a contract-to-hire position. The right candidate will have the opportunity to transition to a full-time role based on performance and business needs.

Pay Range

$105,000 - $110,000 USD
