Are you an experienced plumbing leader who knows how to bring out the best in people, deliver exceptional customer experiences, and drive strong operational results? We’re looking for experienced Plumbing Service Managers nationwide to lead a Plumbing & Drain team and play a key role in growing a high-performing residential service business.
This is an opportunity for a hands-on, people-focused leader who can balance team development, operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and business performance. What You’ll Do
- Lead, coach, and develop plumbing and drain service technicians and support team members.
- Oversee daily service operations, including scheduling, dispatch, productivity, quality, and customer experience.
- Establish clear expectations and hold the team accountable to safety, service, and performance standards.
- Monitor key performance indicators and identify opportunities to improve productivity, revenue, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
- Support technicians with coaching, technical guidance, ride-alongs, training, and performance development.
- Help recruit, onboard, and retain talented plumbing professionals.
- Ensure work is completed safely, professionally, and in accordance with applicable codes, company standards, and best practices.
- Partner with leadership and other departments to improve processes and create a seamless customer experience.
- Resolve escalated customer concerns with professionalism and a solutions-focused approach.
- Identify opportunities to grow the Plumbing & Drain business and strengthen team performance.
What You Bring
- 3+ years of experience in residential plumbing, drain service, or a related home-services environment.
- Previous leadership, supervisory, or management experience in plumbing or home services.
- Strong understanding of plumbing service and drain operations.
- A track record of developing teams and improving performance.
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- A customer-first mindset with the ability to balance service quality and business results.
- Ability to use performance metrics and business data to make informed decisions.
- A collaborative leadership style and genuine interest in helping people succeed.
- Plumbing license or relevant trade certifications are a plus.

Pay Range
$130,000 - $150,000 USD
