Senior Talent Coordinator
Change.org is searching for a Senior Talent Coordinator (6 month fixed-term) to support our focus on high performance hiring and culture by ensuring an amazing and efficient experience for all candidates and hiring teams.
You will report to our Senior Talent Coordinator and Operations Specialist. As a key member of our Talent Team, you’ll own the candidate experience, manage complex scheduling, maintain and optimize Greenhouse, and drive operational excellence.

Key Outcomes
- Own the candidate experience from application through offer, consistently gathering feedback and championing improvements to create an inclusive, positive, and engaging journey for candidates.
- Flawlessly manage complex scheduling of interviews across global time zones, ensuring hiring teams and candidates are fully prepped, informed, and supported throughout the process.
- Maintain and optimize Greenhouse by building templates, configuring interview kits, cleaning data, and generating reports that inform hiring decisions and process improvements.
- Drive operational excellence by proactively identifying inefficiencies, surfacing process bottlenecks, and collaborating with recruiters and People team members to implement improvements.
- Support the broader People Team by coordinating logistics for special projects (e.g. onboarding, DEI initiatives, team events, or employer branding efforts), ensuring alignment and smooth execution.

Target experience
- 2+ years in recruiting coordination or talent operations
- Significant hands-on experience with Greenhouse
- Proven ability to manage complex global scheduling
- Track record of collaborating with multiple stakeholders in fast-paced environments
- English professional fluency (minimum B2).

This is a six month fixed-term role based anywhere in Mexico.
Our compensation philosophy is based on pay equity. All of our salaries are determined before we launch a role – they are based on a predetermined salary scale, the level on that scale and the cost of labor for that location. The salary of a Senior Talent Coordinator is $79,958 MXN /month gross via a local third-party entity.
Our evaluation process is as follows:
- 45-minute interview with the hiring manager
- 90-minute timed assessment
- 45-minute interview with our Head of Talent
