Referral Concierge

Role Description:

Our Medical Concierge acts as a liaison between our medical providers and patients by working directly with the Insurance Plans to deliver high-quality, compassionate customer service and clinical care while ensuring all the needs of our patients are met.

Core Responsibilities

Assist patients promptly, efficiently, and in a professional manner.

Set up new patients and update current patients' information in EHR including all demographic and insurance information.

Verify all insurance through Portals prior to appointment.

Schedule and reschedule appointments, as well as coordinate any urgent visits.

Send out appointment reminders.

Answer phone calls and electronic messages promptly and relay messages as required.

Process referrals and provide complete and accurate referral information to our patients.

Act as a resource for the clinical team for any administrative issues.

Respond to referral requests from other providers.
