Line Cook

Responsibilities

• Prepare all ingredients – cook and plate as indicated.
• Consistently set up and clean stations.
• Maintain a clean workstation area, including kitchen equipment, countertops, and shelves.
• Knows how to cook proteins and follow temperature preferences for red meat.
• Punctual and a team player
• Experience working with a brunch, lunch, and dinner menu
• Answer, report and follow Chef’s instructions.
• Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards.

• Proficient knife skills
• Possess an upbeat, outgoing, positive attitude at all times
• Ability to work effectively on a team within a fast-paced environment
• Ability to be on your feet and alert for extended periods of time and lift up to 50lbs as needed
• Open availability is required
