Client Description

The client is an online retailer for UTV parts. Founded in 2018, they are based in the US and primarily serve US customers. They have a robust CS team with support in separate purchasing and returns departments. Their product is around UTVs (Utility Task Vehicles).

 

Role Description

We are looking for a phone support Customer Service Representative to join our company! You will be operating out of a helpdesk and utilizing calling tools to service customers contacting us for issues. While the role will be inbound call focused, outbound calls will be necessary in certain cases. Email and live chat support will also be required through Gorgias.

 

Requirements

  • Experience handling email tickets, phone calls, and live chat support
  • Communicate/delegate information between clients and departments
  • Perform auxiliary non-CS tasks relating to reporting and documentation
  • Reliable access to internet/power and can take calls throughout the day.

 

Desired Skills

  • Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Proficiency using Slack
  • Experience using helpdesk and CS tools like Gorgias, Zendesk, Aircall, etc.
  • Familiarity with the UTV/Automotive Industry

 

Pay

Base Hourly Rate: $4.50 - $6.00 (based on background and experience)
