Chartbeat is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Senior Contracts Administrator to join our team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth management of contracts, maintaining accurate billing processes as a liaison between sales and finance, and having the ability to work directly with our customers' accounting departments. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in contract management, Salesforce, and NetSuite, as well as excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contract Management:
- Assist in the drafting and renewal of sales contracts, ensuring alignment with organizational
- policies.
- Review, organize, and manage customer contracts to ensure legal compliance and accuracy.
- Collaborate with internal teams to update and maintain contract records in Salesforce and
- NetSuite.
- Salesforce Administration:
- Maintain and update Salesforce records, ensuring accurate reflection of customer and billing
- information.
- Generate reports and insights to support contract and billing processes.
- Billing and Accounting Support:
- Work closely with the Finance team to ensure accurate invoicing and contract management.
- Perform data validation and reconciliation to maintain up-to-date and accurate financial
- records.
- Support month-end and year-end closing processes related to billing activities.
- Customer Engagement:
- Engage with customers' accounting departments to gather and verify necessary accounting
- and billing information.
- Liaise with Accounting and Sales teams as needed to support on-time billing of customers.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field (or equivalent
- experience).
- 5+ years of experience in contract management, billing support, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in Salesforce CRM and accounting software/tools.
- Excellent organizational skills with high attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with customers and internal teams.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in SaaS or technology industries.
- Knowledge of legal terminology related to contracts.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
Compensation: $95,000 - $105,000 annually
