The Team:

The Lineup Product Team is a collaborative and cross-functional group responsible for driving the strategy, development, and continuous improvement of Lineup’s product portfolio. The team currently comprises 3.5 Product Managers covering Operations, Ad2order and Digital OMS, CRM, and Standard Integrations & Platform. The team also works closely with a Senior Product Marketer and a Product Designer to ensure products are user-focused, commercially viable, and well-positioned in the market. Together, the team carries out the full range of typical product functions, including vision and roadmap development, requirement gathering, backlog prioritisation, stakeholder collaboration, and end-to-end product delivery, ensuring that Lineup’s products meet both user and business needs.

Responsibilities:

As a Product Manager within Lineup’s Product Team you will be responsible for defining and implementing the product strategy for a segment of Lineup’s products or services. Your primary product will be Adpoint OMS and plugins that touch Adpoint’s OMS. 

You will need to ensure the Products you are responsible for meet the needs of our customers and the wider market. You will be responsible for the initiation, discovery, definition and shaping of your products. You will own the vision and roadmap for each and work with your Product Team colleagues to plan and execute the delivery of improvements, enhancements, and fixes in line with that vision.

You will ensure that the investment in our Products realise true benefit by ensuring they meet the needs of our users and align with our business objectives. You will also interpret and analyse research information and data to gain business insight and inform sound decisions particularly around prioritisation, and product direction.

 

Essential Job Functions:

  • Create and maintain the vision and roadmap for the products in your portfolio.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and customers to understand and document product requirements. As a Product Manager you will be responsible for gathering and articulating user, business and technical requirements, to ensure all requirements that contribute to a business case and solution delivery are valid and traceable.
  • Continuous improvement of the product, identifying and prioritising enhancements, communicating them to the business as required.
  • Work with customers and colleagues to create and manage Product Documentation including requirements, specifications, designs, and process flows.
  • Work directly with the engineers and QA in your product aligned scrum team by clarifying requirements and ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • As a product moves from discovery to definition, work with engineering teams to create an appropriate delivery strategy.
  • Deliver Products to deadlines. 
  • Prioritise the backlog in your product aligned scrum team against your roadmap.
  • Collaborate and interact with multi-disciplined teams for initial feasibility study, solution design and business justification to ensure there is a clear understanding of “what” change is being proposed and “why”.
  • Identify and Mitigate Risks associated with product development and deployment.
  • Track Product Metrics and KPIs to measure the success of Lineup Product
  • Acquire in-depth knowledge of existing Lineup Products in order to identify areas for potential process improvement. 
  • Advise on the implementation of strategy and identification of technical options within business areas, using research information to inform and drive business options and decisions.

Cross Functional Work:

  • You will be required to support Pre-Sales and Sales with RFP responses
  • You will be required to carry out Best Practise Reviews in collaboration with Professional Services and Client Success Directors
  • You will be required to present at Media Meetups and virtual Roadmap Presentations
  • You will be responsible for analysing, writing requirements, delivering, and testing all new feature requests for the products in your portfolio regardless of the origin of the request
  • You will be required to work with your Cross Functional Scrum Team to review Service Tickets raised by Customers to determine if they are bugs or other - if bugs you will be responsible for resolving them. If other, you will be responsible for ensuring the ticket passes through the correct workflow
  • You will be required to work with the Professional Services team when analysing new features requests that are tied to projects to ensure you have a well rounded view of what the Customer needs before delivering the new feature request

About You:

  • Experienced Product Manager with a strong understanding of Order Management Systems (OMS) and related enterprise platforms.
  • Skilled at translating complex business and operational processes into clear, actionable product strategies and roadmaps.
  • Data-driven decision maker, using user research, analytics, and market insights to prioritise features and shape product direction.
  • Experienced in managing the full product lifecycle. From discovery and definition through delivery and continuous improvement, within Agile frameworks (Scrum/Kanban).
  • Confident collaborating with cross-functional teams, including engineering, QA, professional services, and customer success, to deliver high-quality product outcomes.
  • Technically conversant, with good awareness of system integrations, workflows, and the dependencies typical of large-scale OMS or ERP environments.
  • Proven ability to deliver complex software products on time and within budget, balancing user needs with business objectives.
  • Excellent communicator and problem solver, focused on improving efficiency, scalability, and user experience across the product suite.

  • The compensation range for this position is $136,000-$170,000 per annum in the US / £80,000-£100,000 per annum in the UK. We are open to other locations - pay will be based on the local market.
