Title: Data Analyst
Reports to: Data Scientist
Location: Denver, CO (Hybrid-role)
About the Role
CharterUP is seeking a highly analytical Data Analyst to join our growing Data Science team in Denver. In this role, you’ll work on predictive modeling, forecasting, and statistical analysis projects that drive high-impact decisions across the business. You’ll report to our Data Scientist and contribute directly to leadership-level insights, helping CharterUP continue to scale intelligently.
Responsibilities
- Analyze and interpret large datasets to surface trends, build models, and generate actionable insights.
- Build and maintain predictive models (e.g., regression, classification, time series) to forecast business outcomes.
- Conduct statistical analysis using Python and SQL to inform decision-making.
- Design and maintain dashboards and KPIs for operational and strategic use
Experience and Expertise
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Applied Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, Economics, or a similar field.
- 1+ years of experience in a data-driven role OR relevant graduate research experience.
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, and spreadsheet tools like Excel/Google Sheets.
- Hands-on experience with predictive modeling techniques such as regression analysis, logistic regression, time series forecasting, or classification models.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
Compensation:
$60,000 - $70,000 USD
