Reports to: VP, New Mobility
Location: Remote, US (Hybrid in Miami area preferred)
CharterUP is hiring a high-impact operator to lead the launch of a new mobility product line that represents a major expansion of our core marketplace. We’re seeking a scrappy, zero-to-one operator to launch a brand new mobility pilot in Miami. You’ll own the P&L from day one, ignite both supply and demand, and build a repeatable playbook for national scale. If you thrive in ambiguity, love hands-on execution, and can turn data into action, this is your chance to lead a true ground-up venture with full executive backing.
What You’ll Do
- Own the Market: Full P&L accountability for Miami’s pilot—setting targets, tracking performance, and driving profitability.
- Launch & Scale: Validate product–market fit by sourcing and onboarding operators, acquiring early riders, testing pricing, and refining the operational model.
- Regulatory & Compliance: Partner with local authorities to secure and maintain licenses, iron-out compliance processes, and keep operations running smoothly.
- Field Ops & Partnerships: Be on the ground with drivers—vet facilities, negotiate deals, define a compelling operator offer, and build relationships that last.
- Demand Generation: Drive rider acquisition and retention through local marketing, community events, and strategic partnerships (airports, seaports, venues).
- Customer Experience & SOPs: Develop and iterate customer support workflows; collaborate across teams to implement seamless, on-demand service.
- Product Collaboration: Work hand‑in‑glove with product teams to tailor features, manage releases, and track KPIs that matter to a live market.
- Team Leadership: Recruit, mentor, and grow a lean market team as the pilot evolves into a nationwide playbook.
What You’ll Bring
- Builder’s Mindset: Energized by ambiguity—thrives on rolling up sleeves to launch new ventures.
- Operational Grit: Experience owning product or P&L, managing field teams, and driving results in fast-moving environments.
- Relationship Skills: Skilled at forging in-person connections and influencing cross-door stakeholders.
- Product Savvy: Comfortable collaborating with product management to iterate features and operational flows.
- Analytical Edge: Data-driven approach to pricing, forecast modeling, and KPI tracking.
- Regulatory Know-How: Proven success navigating licensing and compliance.
- Language Advantage: Spanish proficiency a plus.
- Scrappy Attitude: Resourceful, tenacious, and unafraid to test, learn, and pivot.
