About the Role
Title: Enterprise Events Account Executive - Corporate Events
Reports to: Vice President of Sales, Events

Corporate Events is a strategic growth area within CharterUP’s Enterprise Events business, focused on conferences, trade shows, enterprise meetings, and large-scale corporate event transportation. We are looking for a relationship-driven Enterprise Account Executive to build and expand partnerships across the corporate events ecosystem. This role will focus on developing business with conference organizers, trade show operators, enterprise event planners, and large corporate meeting stakeholders.
This is not a transactional sales role. Success requires patience, strong relationship-building skills, and the ability to navigate highly relationship-driven and operationally complex sales environments. - Prospect and develop relationships with conference organizers, trade show operators, meeting planners, and enterprise event stakeholders
- Build targeted account strategies focused on long-term relationship development and recurring annual business
- Develop new business opportunities across conferences, trade shows, conventions, and enterprise meetings
Own the Full Sales Cycle
- Manage enterprise opportunities from prospecting through close
- Navigate RFPs, procurement processes, and multi-stakeholder buying environments
- Build and maintain relationships across procurement, operations, logistics, and executive leadership teams
Develop Vertical Expertise
- Become deeply knowledgeable about the meetings and events ecosystem and transportation needs within the industry
- Partner closely with operations and internal stakeholders to develop scalable transportation solutions
- Learn the operational side of large-scale transportation logistics over time
Expand Strategic Accounts
- Identify opportunities for repeat annual business and long-term account growth
- Build trusted advisor relationships with customers and event stakeholders
- Position CharterUP as a strategic transportation partner for enterprise events
Contribute to Go-to-Market Strategy
- Share customer and market feedback with leadership
- Help shape CharterUP’s growth strategy within the corporate events vertical
What You’ll Bring
- 5+ years of enterprise or strategic sales experience
- Experience selling into sporting events, hospitality, government events, event services, event operations, sports partnerships, logistics, or related industries
- Proven ability to prospect and build pipeline independently
- Experience managing long, relationship-driven sales cycles
- Strong executive communication and presentation skills
- Demonstrated success navigating complex buying environments
- Entrepreneurial mindset with comfort operating in fast-moving, evolving organizations
- Strong curiosity and willingness to learn operational aspects of the business
- Strong preference for experience in the transportation industry
