About the Role

Title: Revenue Operations Associate

Reports to: Director of Revenue Operations

Location: Remote, US

We are searching for a Revenue Operations Associate who loves translating big picture strategic goals into actionable tooling, automation, and analysis outputs. This is a great role for someone who wants to shape a rapidly-scaling B2B and B2C marketplace business and who enjoys learning new technologies on the job. We’re looking for a transversal thinker who is curious and intrepid.

You’ll be a driving force behind ensuring our multi-segment Sales team can push the pace, looking each day to improve their efficiency and effectiveness, and to ensure management visibility into key metrics and trends. You will also build and refine the automations that intelligently score and assign leads and accounts, ensure smooth client handoffs between internal teams, streamline proposal-handling, and ensure we can use leading indicators to make decisions proactively.

Reporting to the Director of Revenue Operations, this role is critical to helping us ensure alignment across our Sales segments, Finance, Marketing, and Partner and Service Operations.

What You’ll Do

  • Collaborate with sales unit leaders and executive leadership to define, document, and manage the end-to-end revenue process, identifying bottlenecks and areas for optimization.
  • Design, implement, and document standardized processes for lead-to-opportunity, opportunity-to-close, and post-sales activities.
  • As a secondary administrator for our revenue stack (centered on Salesforce and Outreach), configure and customize our instance, lead projects to enhance integrations with other services, and ensure data integrity. Contribute to the revenue stack tech roadmap, ensuring that we can stay nimble as we continue to scale.
  • Develop and maintain key performance indicator (KPI) dashboards and reporting across Sales, Account Management, Support and other revenue-related functions to provide actionable insights into revenue performance.
  • Own monthly commission calculation, data review process and Cost of Sales analysis.
  • Analyze and assist in setting annual and quarterly revenue targets, forecasting, and compensation plan design.
  • Provide regular forecasting support, working closely with sales leadership and finance to improve forecast accuracy and pipeline visibility.
  • Conduct deep-dive analysis on pipeline health, sales productivity, campaign effectiveness, and customer churn/retention.

What You’ll Bring

  • A bachelor's degree, and 4+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Business Operations, preferably within a B2B SaaS environment. Experience in a marketplace business is a plus.
  • Enviable analytical skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights and recommendations. Advanced Excel/GSheets skills and some  experience with SQL.
  • Expert-level proficiency as a CRM Administrator (Salesforce required; certification not required), and demonstrated experience managing an integrated tech stack, including sales engagement (we use Outreach), marketing and process automation, AI, and other analytics products.
  • Superb communication and personal organization, with a knack for helping translate concepts and breaking down broad needs into actionable projects. You’re able to recommend solutions and then bring them to life.
  • Proven ability to propose solutions that balance speed and durability/scalability, and eagerness to steer projects to completion.
  • Eagerness to incorporate AI intelligently to help our organization run smoothly at scale.
  • Familiarity with financial planning and analysis (FP&A) concepts related to revenue.
