When you work at Chatham, we empower you — offering professional development opportunities to help you grow in your career, no matter if you've been here for five months or 15 years. Chatham has worked hard to create a distinct work environment that values people, teamwork, integrity, and client service. You will have immediate opportunities to partner with talented subject matter experts, work on complex projects, and contribute to the value Chatham delivers every day.
As our Private Equity Real Estate Advisory team continues to grow, Senior Relationship Managers (SRM’s) are working closely with several of our clients to add additional services and form deeper partnerships. - Proactively coordinate and track KYC letter status along with entity onboarding activity.
- Maintain organized invoice tracker for KYC letters and onboarding.
- Learn about the different services Chatham provides to its clients and be able to address any issues or reach out to the correct person on the team to assist with answering client questions.
Trade Loading & Confirmation Review:
- Assist as needed with loading transactions into Chatham’s proprietary trade management platform.
- Link transaction related documentation, as well as client account documents, within the Chatham platform.
- Become familiar with and manage transaction support specific tasks.
- Respond to client, counsel and bank questions and requests related to the KYC Letter and onboarding process.
- Assist as needed on additional client transaction support tasks as needed and when time permits.
Ad Hoc Assistance:

Your Impact:
This is an important role within the team, and individuals who perform excellently will be highly valued team members.
