As a Senior Web & Digital Marketing Manager, you will be a hands-on strategist and executioner of all things web management and digital marketing. You are a digital native, a person who feels equally comfortable developing PPC campaigns in search, display, and setting up retargeting metrics while ensuring conversions are optimized through web augmentation and design.  

You will also lead the integration of AI and emerging agentic AI tools into Chatham’s digital marketing efforts – using automation, predictive analytics, generative AI and intelligent agents to scale performance and enhance personalization. The ideal candidate combines deep experience managing digital presence and channels with modern understanding of how AI can transform digital marketing execution and optimization UTM parameters, UI/UX and SEO to drive engagement, lead generation and conversions. 

In this role you will: 

  • Serve as Marketing’s subject matter expert on assigned segments, personas, and/or regions; understand target’s pain points and how our solutions solve them as well as improve business performance.
  • Collaborate with product managers, client engagement, and various stakeholders to define web positioning, digital execution and ensure alignment  
  • Develop and implement ‘always on’, performance marketing campaigns and product/solution launches designed to meet business and marketing goals for upsell and acquisition.   
  • Maintain program and campaign schedules, calendars, budgets, as appropriate and report regularly on progress and goal achievement. 
  • Evaluate, deploy and manage AI-powered and agentic tools (e.g., AI copy generation, audience modeling, performance forecasting, chatbot engagement) to enhance marketing performance and reduce manual overhead. 

Your impact: 

  • Digital Marketing:
    • Develop and execute multi-channel digital marketing campaigns (SEO, SEM, email, social media, display, retargeting, etc.).
    • Manage paid media budgets and performance (Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, etc.).
    • Create and maintain content calendars, campaign schedules, and reporting dashboards.
    • Analyze campaign performance metrics and optimize for ROI and CPA goals using AI-powered analytics tools and real-time performance models.
    • Coordinate with sales, product, and creative teams to align messaging and GTM strategy.
    • Use generative AI tools to test creative variations, optimize ad copy and develop web content at scale.
  • Web Management:
    • Own the company website(s), including structure, content, user experience (UX), and performance.
    • Lead site optimization efforts including SEO (technical and content), CRO, and A/B testing.
    • Manage CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Drupal, Webflow) and ensure content is up-to-date and aligned with brand standards.
    • Oversee web analytics (Google Analytics, Tag Manager, etc.) and provide insights to drive strategy.
    • Knowledge of Storybloc would be preferred.
    • Explore implementation of agentic AI for real-time web personalization, content adaptation, and autonomous testing.
  • Technology & Tools:
    • Manage marketing tech stack including automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketing Cloud), CRM integration, and analytics tools(GA4).
    • Implement tracking codes and pixels for campaign measurement.
    • Collaborate with web developers, designers, and IT for technical enhancements and maintenance.
    • Drive innovation through AI integrations with existing martech systems – including automated segmentation, audience insights, and personalized workflows. 

Contributors to your success:  

  • Demonstrable understanding of operational, web interface management, UI/UX and digital marketing (SEM/PPC/Retargeting and Display)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing and website management.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO, PPC, email marketing, social media, and analytics tools.
  • Experience with CMS platforms, HTML/CSS basics, and marketing automation tools.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, and A/B testing tools.
  • Excellent project management and communication skills.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze metrics and translate them into action.
  • Experience in global and regional/localized marketing (UK, EMEA, APAC)
  • Working knowledge of marketing metrics and performance analytics. 
  • Hands-on experience with AI tools such as Jasper, Copy.ai or other intelligent automation platforms.
  • Experience in B2B SaaS or ecommerce environments.
  • Familiarity with UX/UI principles and web accessibility standards.
  • Certification in Google Ads, HubSpot, or similar platforms.
  • Understanding of agentic AI systems (e.g., autonomous campaign agents, intelligent web optimization agents) and their role in marketing transformation.
  • Skilled in React.js and working with JSON-based REST APIs / data structures.
