Product and Content Marketing Manager
We Are CheckAlt
While the world grows more digital and connected, physical frictions in payments aren’t going anywhere. Since 2004, our expertise in paper check processing has enabled banks, credit unions, and fintechs to offer the same digital, user-friendly experiences to all their customers - regardless of their method of payment. With software and APIs, CheckAlt optimizes processing for financial institutions and businesses nationwide.
The Role
CheckAlt is seeking a hands-on, execution-focused Product & Content Marketing Manager to drive messaging, enablement, and go-to-market execution for our fintech solutions. This role will shape product positioning, create sales enablement tools, manage partner marketing content, and support campaigns that drive awareness and revenue growth.
This is a roll-up-your-sleeves role ideal for a marketer who thrives in a lean team, loves owning projects from start to finish, and is eager to help fuel our next stage of growth.
What You’ll Do:

Product Marketing, Enablement, and GTM
- Translate product capabilities into compelling messaging tailored to financial institutions, fintechs, and business clients
- Develop and refine product positioning frameworks and segment-specific messaging by solution, use case, and buyer type
- Build out sales enablement toolkits: one-pagers, pitch decks, FAQs, case studies, objection-handling docs
- Own partner marketing content—white-label toolkits, co-branded materials, and partner enablement assets
- Own the GTM execution process, ensuring internal alignment, messaging consistency, and timely delivery of launch deliverables
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Client Support teams to gather market feedback, refine messaging, and ensure go-to-market alignment
Content Development and Brand
- Write and deliver content for toolkits, case studies, product-related blogs, and partner materials
- Support social, newsletter, and event content needs by contributing messaging, visuals, and product storylines aligned to GTM and revenue priorities
- Provide support for operational communications (i.e., release notes, enhancement notices)
- Help capture and publish client testimonials and success stories to support credibility and cross-sell
- Manage internal and external content libraries (e.g., partner portal, SharePoint) to ensure timely, accurate access to current materials.
- Maintain consistency across brand tone, content flow, and design (with design agency support)
Talents you’ll bring:
- 5-10 years of experience in B2B product marketing within payments, fintech, or SaaS
- Proven experience creating sales enablement content and supporting product launches
- Exceptional writing skills with a strong grasp of messaging and positioning
- Proficient in PowerPoint with a sharp eye for layout, consistency, and formatting—able to produce market-ready, visually polished, brand-aligned materials
- Proficient in HubSpot or similar marketing automation platform, Salesforce (basic navigation, campaign tagging), Microsoft 365 suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel), and ChatGPT or similar AI tools
- Preferred experience in Canva (for templated visual work) and SharePoint (for internal document management)
- Strong organizational skills and a proactive, project ownership mindset
- Comfortable working in a lean, fast-paced, high-output environment
Characteristics you’ll have:
- Results-oriented with the self-motivation and drive to enable client success.
- Strong sense of urgency
- Ability to work under pressure in continuously evolving environments
- Ability to wear multiple hats and pivot strategies and execution in a timely manner.
- Motivation to continuously improve results
- Talent for building relationships and exhibiting empathy
- Dynamic presentation and communication skills.
- A personal and business value of treating others with honesty and respect.
