The Sales Enablement Analyst will play a critical role in optimizing our sales processes and tools to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of our sales organization. This position requires a combination of analytical, communication, and project management skills to support data-driven decisions and initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze sales performance metrics, trends, and KPIs to provide actionable insights for sales leadership. Create and maintain dashboards and reports to track sales productivity and account progress.
- Content Management: Develop and manage sales enablement content, including presentations, training materials, and sales tools. Ensure content is up-to-date, relevant, and accessible.
- Sales Tool Optimization: Support the implementation and optimization of sales tools and technologies. Collaborate with IT and Sales Operations to ensure seamless integration and alignment with sales processes
- Training & Onboarding: Assist in the development and delivery of training programs and materials to onboard new sales team members and upskill existing ones. Conduct periodic training sessions and workshops as needed.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Product, and Sales Operations, to align on strategy and ensure the sales team is equipped with the latest information and tools.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline sales processes and increase efficiency. Provide recommendations and assist with the implementation of improvements.
- Feedback Loop: Gather feedback from sales teams to identify areas of improvement. Conduct surveys and interviews to assess the effectiveness of sales enablement initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in sales enablement, sales operations, or a similar role.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights.
- Proficient in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce), data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI), and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with content management systems and sales enablement platforms.
- Understanding of the sales process and experience in a sales environment.
- Project management experience or certification.

We use geographic cost of labor as an input to develop ranges for our roles and as such, each location where we hire may have a different range. If this role is remote, we have listed the top to the bottom of the possible range, but we will specify the target range for an exact location when you are selected for a recruiting discussion. The base salary range for this role is $123,020 to $144,729 in San Francisco, CA.
