Office Assistant - Distribution Center
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Office Assistant to support daily administrative and coordination needs within our Pasadena, TX distribution center (FULLY ONSITE ONLY). This role plays a key part in supporting account representatives and the broader logistics team by handling office-based tasks that keep warehouse operations moving efficiently. The ideal candidate is organized, communicative, and comfortable working in a fast-paced distribution environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide administrative support to logistics account representatives
• Print and prepare shipping documentation, including labels, Bills of Lading (BOLs), and related paperwork
• Serve as a communication bridge between the warehouse team and the corporate logistics team
• Share and confirm shipment details such as pallet counts, pallet dimensions, weights, etc.
• Assist with tracking, organizing, and filing shipping and logistics documents
• Support day-to-day office needs within the distribution center environment
• Respond to internal requests promptly and help resolve basic logistics or documentation questions
Qualifications
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Clear verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-moving environment
• Experience in a distribution center or shipping environment
• Familiarity with logistics terminology (BOLs, pallets, dimensions, freight coordination)

Hourly Pay Range (commensurate with experience)
$15 - $16 USD
