About the Role
We’re seeking a Singapore Manager (Sales Ops) to lead enrolment, parent engagement, and sales operations across our Singapore locations. You’ll manage a growing team, shape the customer journey, and help families connect with meaningful enrichment experiences for their children.
Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of 2–4 Sales Ops staff to drive strong enrolment results and deliver exceptional customer service across United Square, Bukit Timah Plaza, and partner venues

Lead Funnel Management: Proactively optimise the enrolment funnel—from inquiry to trial coordination, enrolment conversion, and onboarding

Customer Communications: Oversee all parent interactions across WhatsApp, email, social media, and in-person; build warm, long-term family relationships

Program Strategy: Lead termly timetable planning to optimise renewals and drive sign-ups

Marketing Support: Partner closely with the marketing team on KOL/influencer collaborations and parent engagement campaigns

Feedback & Service Recovery: Surface client feedback to leadership and own follow-up on service issues

Project Ownership: Take charge of ad-hoc tasks and strategic initiatives that support business growth and brand excellence
You’ll Be Great in This Role If You:

Have 5+ years of working experience, including:
-
1+ year working with children
-
2+ years in educational sales or customer-facing operations (ideally in enrichment or education)

Are highly organised, results-driven, and people-focused

Communicate clearly, confidently, and with empathy

Love working with families and want to make a difference in early childhood learning
