WHO ARE WE?
Chess at Three is a US/New York-based, venture capital-backed early education company, newly launched in Singapore in August 2023 with ambitious growth plans. We offer three original educational products for children aged 6 months to 11 years:
- Chess at Three: Our signature program teaches chess to children as young as three using fun games and engaging stories. Kids explore math, strategy, and sportsmanship alongside a memorable cast of characters.
- Birchguard Quest: A speech and drama program for ages 6 to 11, presented as an immersive roleplaying adventure to develop creativity, collaboration, and leadership skills.
With an award-winning curriculum taught to 150,000+ children worldwide, we are now making waves in Singapore with clubs at United Square (Novena) and HarbourFront.
Sales & Operations Executive
We’re looking for a proactive and customer-focused Sales & Operations Executive to join our growing Singapore team. This multifaceted role combines customer service, sales operations, and center operations to ensure exceptional client satisfaction and smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing
- Assist with social media marketing
- Liase and engage with Influencers
Customer Service
- Handle customer enquiries via WhatsApp, calls, and walk-ins.
- Deliver excellent service, ensuring customer success and satisfaction.
- Assist with rescheduling, trial class feedback, and onboarding.
Sales Operations
- Process enrollments, payments, and manage billing.
- Support marketing efforts and ensure customer follow-ups.
- Track sales metrics and maintain accurate client records.
Centre Operations
- Oversee day-to-day logistics, maintain tidiness, and manage inventory.
- Provide operational support for holiday camps and special programs.
- Substitute or support teaching on ad hoc basis (training provided)
What We’re Looking For
Experience:
- Prior experience in customer service, sales, or operations is preferred.
- Background in education, childcare, or tutoring is a plus.
- University students are welcome to apply; strong performance may lead to a full-time role.
Skills & Attributes:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- A friendly, approachable, and proactive attitude.
- Passion for early childhood education and growth.

Monthly Pay Range
