Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Sales System Analyst to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial for maintaining and enhancing our Salesforce environment to ensure optimal performance and user satisfaction. The Salesforce System Analyst will be responsible for providing systems support, implementing issue remediation, managing integrations, report building, and cross-system management activities. Key Responsibilities:
- Systems Support: Serve as the primary point of contact for all Salesforce and Sales systems queries and issues. Provide timely resolution and escalation of user issues and ensure effective communication with stakeholders regarding status and expected outcomes.
- Issue Remediation: Identify, diagnose, and resolve Salesforce and other system issues. Collaborate with the development team and other business/IT staff to ensure functional and technical issues are addressed promptly.
- Integration and Report Building: Develop and support between Salesforce and other systems. Utilize Salesforce tools to create complex reports and dashboards that provide valuable business insights and optimizations.
- Cross Systems Management: Coordinate with other system managers to ensure that Salesforce integrations work seamlessly across platforms. Manage the impact of these integrations on Salesforce system performance and user experience.
- Project work: help support projects aimed at expanding or improving the Salesforce platform usage based on evolving business needs.
- User Training and Support: Develop user guides and training materials. Conduct training sessions to enhance users' competencies.
- Compliance and Best Practices: Ensure that the Salesforce environment complies with all internal policies and industry best practices. Continuously seek to improve data quality, security, and integrity within the system.
Qualifications:
- At least 3+ years of experience managing Salesforce systems in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce CRM platforms and Sales processes.
- Experience in managing integrations and maintaining system interfaces across diverse platforms.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of working in a team environment and managing relationships with users at various tiers.
- Certified Salesforce Administrator or Salesforce Developer. preferred.
- Experience with SFDX is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field is preferred
- Advanced English communication skills (written and verbal communication required)
