Operations Manager

As our Operations Manager, you'll be the backbone of our day-to-day office operations and play a key role in shaping the internal infrastructure that supports our mission. You’ll own everything from office upkeep and HR coordination to planning new office expansions and staying ahead of daily organizational needs. You will be working directly with the leadership team.
Responsibilities:
The Operations Manager role in an early-stage startup is a dynamic and changing role. The ability to adapt to rapidly evolving needs is essential.
Office Management
- Oversee daily office operations, including inventory, supplies, vendor coordination, and facilities maintenance
- Manage relationships with service providers and landlords
- Maintain a welcoming, organized, and productive work environment
HR Support
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes
- Coordinate with leadership on hiring operations, employee policies, and compliance
- Maintain employee records and support benefits administration
Site Planning
- Lead site selection for new offices and operational spaces
- Coordinate setup and move-in logistics
- Work with legal and executive team to support lease negotiations and budgeting
General Operations
- Stay ahead of team and leadership needs—anticipate, identify, and resolve issues before they escalate
- Help organize internal events, team meetings, and vendor visits
- Take ownership of recurring operational tasks and continuously improve them
What We're Looking For
- 1–3 years of experience in operations, office management, or HR support roles
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills—you keep chaos at bay and details in check
- Comfortable wearing multiple hats and working in a fast-paced, startup environment
- Clear communicator with a service-minded approach
- Experience with setting up new offices or managing facilities a plus
- Familiarity with tools like Greenhouse, Ramp, Outlook, and project management tools
