What You Will Do

In this role you will collaborate with the greater planning, procurement and business teams to ensure we maintain a healthy flow of all raw materials and packaging. Successful supply of raw materials will be accomplished through the management of timely material delivery and quality, as well as clear communication and escalation of any and all risks to the broader team. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate records on both internal and external platforms, which is critical for enabling a swift month end close for the greater organization. You’ll build relationships internally and externally and participate in annual supplier reviews. 

Responsibilities

  • Manage ordering of materials and monitor systematic transaction and receipt of material at end use site 
  • Participate in & support month end close activities including logging material receipts and approving invoices
  • Assist in S&OP process to determine any risk or opportunities to demand plan  
  • Manage the CHEP account by logging all necessary transactions in 3rd party systems
  • Lead supplier quality and root cause analysis activities pertaining to raw materials
  • Assist with raw material and packaging transition plans in collaboration with greater planning, procurement and sales teams 
  • Support procurement team in supplier reviews and RFQ processes

Who You Are

  • Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or Engineering or related field
  • 1-3 years of experience in planning or inventory management
  • Proficiency in Excel required
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience in CPG preferred
  • Experience with Power BI, Tableau or other related data analytic tools preferred
  • Experience with Netsuite/SAP or any other ERP preferred
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment

Salary Range Opportunity:

  • The salary range for this role is $65,000 - $70,000 + 10% annual bonus

Compensation Philosophy & Total Comp:

  • Our salary ranges are based on verified market data and our philosophy of paying competitively for our size and industry
  • Individual pay rate decisions are based on several factors, including qualifications for the role, experience level, skillset, and balancing internal equity relative to peers at the company
  • In addition to base salary, full-time team members receive medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401K 6% match, and monthly reimbursements for wellness and home office.
