What You Will Do
As a Productivity Associate at Chomps, you will be a member of our Productivity team and support cost savings initiatives within the Operations function at Chomps. This role is essential as our growth continues, and our supply chain becomes more complex. You will have the opportunity to collaborate with various sub-functions in our Operations team, such as Procurement, Manufacturing (CoMan and Repack), R&D, Fulfillment, Transportation, and Planning, to assist in executing these initiatives. Your project management skills will be vital in tracking progress, establishing key milestones, and ensuring timely delivery of results. You will be a critical contributor to a growing and impactful Operations team.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the development and implementation of productivity initiatives across Procurement, Manufacturing, and Logistics, ensuring alignment with overall productivity goals and organizational objectives.
- Support project management activities for productivity initiatives, including building detailed timelines, tracking project milestones, and proactively following up with key stakeholders to ensure timely execution of tasks.
- Act as a liaison between team members, ensuring everyone is informed about project updates, changes, and expectations. Assist in the preparation of productivity progress reports for stakeholders.
- Evaluate productivity tools and resources and recommend solutions that enhance efficiency.
- Proactively identify project obstacles and assist the team with troubleshooting project-related issues.
- Support the execution of cost-benefit analyses to evaluate the financial feasibility of new productivity projects.
- Collaborate with the team to continuously refine processes to improve efficiency and minimize costs.
- Participate in training sessions and productivity brainstorming workshops.
Who You Are
- 3-4 Years Experience in Operations or Supply Chain
- CPG Experience Preferred
- Project Management Experience Preferred
- Strong analytical skills to drive data-informed decisions
- Outstanding communication (both verbal and written)
- Excellent organization skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage key project milestones in a fast-paced environment
- Results-oriented and process driven, with high expectations of self and team
- Approaches obstacles with a positive attitude
- Effective at building trust and fostering relationships across functions
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PPT
- Willingness to travel as needed

Type: Full-Time, exempt
Salary Range Opportunity:
- The salary range for this role is $80,000 - $85,000 + 15% annual bonus
Compensation Philosophy & Total Comp:
- Our salary ranges are based on verified market data and our philosophy of paying competitively for our size and industry
- Individual pay rate decisions are based on several factors, including qualifications for the role, experience level, skillset, and balancing internal equity relative to peers at the company
- In addition to base salary, full-time team members receive medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401K 6% match, and monthly reimbursements for wellness and home office.
