What You Will Do
As the Procurement Learner, you will play a crucial role in supporting our procurement team. You'll have the opportunity to work on a diverse range of packaging projects, along with ad hoc protein and ingredient project support. You will gain hands-on experience in various aspects of procurement, including project management, cost analysis, and process improvement. This learnership offers a unique opportunity to develop your skills in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is highly proficient in Excel and eager to learn the ins and outs of procurement & operations for a growing brand.
Responsibilities
The Procurement Learner will support the Procurement team through the following initiatives:
- Packaging procurement project support
- Ad hoc protein & ingredient procurement tasks
- Procurement data analysis and model/tracker generation using Excel & other tools
- Documentation & reporting tasks
- Process improvement work

Reports to: Associate, Buyer
Location: Remote
Type: Part Time, non-exempt
Pay Range Opportunity:
- The pay range for this role is $20 - $25 per hour
- Weekly hours required: 20 - 28 hours
- This is a part-time 6 month temporary, non-exempt position with potential opportunity for extension and/or to turn into full-time opportunity based on business needs
Compensation Philosophy & Total Comp:
- Our pay ranges are based on verified market data and our philosophy of paying competitively for our size and industry
- Individual pay rate decisions are based on several factors, including qualifications for the role, experience level, skillset, and balancing internal equity relative to peers at the company

If you are selected to interview with us, the interview process is as follows: Audio Interview with Talent Acquisition, Video Interview with the Hiring Manager, Case Study Presentation.
