What You Will Do

The Program Manager will lead the planning, execution, and adoption of strategic digital transformation initiatives, including AI-driven capabilities, new software platforms, and process automation tools. This role blends program management, change management, and training to ensure seamless integration and lasting adoption across the organization.  

You will serve as a central point of intake for digital transformation requests from all functions across the organization. As a member of the Digital Transformation team, you will collaborate closely with these partners to scope, prioritize, and execute initiatives that drive efficiency, enable data-driven decision-making, and support long-term innovation. This role is instrumental in translating business needs into scalable solutions and driving both cultural and operational change across the enterprise. 

Responsibilities

Program & Project Management 

  • Manage timelines, resources, budgets, and deliverables across multiple concurrent transformation projects.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business goals and strategic priorities.
  • Maintain detailed project documentation, risk logs, and status reports for leadership visibility. 

Change Management 

  • Develop and execute change strategies, communication plans, and stakeholder engagement frameworks.
  • Identify adoption risks and resistance points; implement mitigation strategies and feedback loops.
  • Serve as a change champion to foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement. 

Training & Enablement 

  • Design and deliver training programs for AI tools, new systems, and digital workflows tailored to user roles and needs.
  • Create scalable self-service resources, job aids, and interactive learning modules.
  • Partner with People Ops to embed digital capabilities into onboarding and development programs. 

Technology Integration 

  • Partner with IT, Systems, BI, AI & Automation and external vendors to oversee system integrations, tool deployments, and platform upgrades.
  • Ensure smooth handover from project teams to operational owners, including documentation and support plans.
  • Monitor post-launch performance and user feedback to drive continuous improvement. 

Performance Tracking & Reporting 

  • Define KPIs and success metrics to measure adoption, efficiency gains, and business impact.
  • Provide regular reporting and insights to leadership and stakeholders.
  • Use data to inform prioritization and future roadmap planning. 

Governance & Standards 

  • Establish program governance frameworks, including intake, prioritization, and decision-making processes.
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy, security, and enterprise architecture standards.
  • Maintain alignment with broader digital transformation strategy and enterprise goals. 

Who You Are

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or related field; PMP, Agile, or Prosci certification preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in program or project management, ideally within digital transformation or enterprise systems.
  • Strong understanding of change management principles and training design.
  • Experience with AI tools, SaaS platforms, and process automation technologies.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Type: Full-Time, exempt

Salary Range Opportunity:

  • The salary range for this role is $115,000 - $120,000 + 20% annual bonus

Compensation Philosophy & Total Comp:

  • Our salary ranges are based on verified market data and our philosophy of paying competitively for our size and industry
  • Individual pay rate decisions are based on several factors, including qualifications for the role, experience level, skillset, and balancing internal equity relative to peers at the company
  • In addition to base salary, full-time team members receive medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401K 6% match, and monthly reimbursements for wellness and home office.
