What You Will Do

Chomps is looking for an Analyst, Replenishment to join our Business Analytics team. This role will be an integral part of providing best in class service to our Club Channel retail partners. Along with direct communication with Costco ICS, BJ’s Transportation, & Sam’s Club Transportation, you will be directly involved with Chomps internal operations/demand planning to ensure flawless execution on Club Channel customers. This position will develop strategic partnerships internally and externally that are relevant to demand creation, order fulfillment, transportation, production planning and other logistic issues. In addition, this will ensure that Chomps is building healthy inventory levels for Club Channel retailers, while still maintaining agreements with our Co-Manufacturing partners. This candidate will be extremely flexible and enjoy a “high-change” environment where priorities shift from day to day.

Responsibilities

• Develop external relationships with Costco ICS and Costco Transportation
• Manage all incoming Club Channel PO’s and ship from locations (Co-Mans & Co-Packers)
• Work closely with Chomps' supply chain team to understand production planning cycles and be a vocal champion of Club Channel customer needs on any given month
• Direct ownership and communication with Chomps' shipping partners regarding sharing PO’s from Costco, communicating PO changes, collecting BOLs, ensuring delivery, and working with Chomps' finance team
• Have full access to Chomps production plan and inventory levels and be the one source of truth into Club Channel Sales Team
• Build and maintain internal tools to track customer POs, customer accruals, fulfillment costs, and all other fees relating to fulfillment for Club Channel customers
• Support the team during the Account Planning and Re-Planning sessions with critical supply chain metrics and any key replenishment events that would have affected performance
• Build/maintain a monthly/yearly forecast and ensure information is being passed to Supply Chain counterparts in an effective manner
• Identify areas of improvement in store-level forecasts, inventory on-hands and in-stocks. Influence customer replenishment contacts to make appropriate systems adjustments
• Exemplify the traits of a Chompian: game changer, dedicated, ambassador, collaborator, learner, positive and scrappy 

Who You Are

• Build strong cross functional relationships, both internally and externally
• Previous experience working with Costco directly and internally
• Self-sufficient and highly detail oriented
• Ability to multi-task and work in fast-paced, high demand environment
• Experience in freight management, forecasting, demand planning & production planning
• Strong Excel skills
• Strong communication skills with retailers and internal colleagues
• Possess the ability to maintain a high level of organization, the ability to manage large amounts of data into actionable recommendations for the customer and an ability to effectively manage relationships with our customers, our sales team, and our internal departments
• Exhibit strong skills in time management, personal leadership, problem solving, a commitment to achieving results, influence management, collaboration, conflict resolution, the ability to identify and raise issues to appropriate parties, and the ability to manage multiple projects and timelines, reprioritizing as needed
• An in-depth knowledge of Costco’s replenishment system/ordering process
