What You Will Do
We are looking for a strategic, consumer-obsessed, and innovative marketing professional to join the team as our Brand Manager. This role will support core brand-building efforts and play a critical role in bringing innovation to market. You will help develop and execute brand strategies, guide cross-functional teams, and support in the creation, launch and post-launch performance of innovation products in the pipeline. This role is perfect for a marketer who loves both big-picture brand-building and the fast-paced creativity required to commercialize innovative new products. You will be a game changer by being able to think strategically and creatively to reach overarching business objectives, keeping a pulse on what’s likely to drive ownable moments that create buzz, balanced by strong detail orientation for successful execution. This role reports to the Senior Brand Manager.
Responsibilities
- In partnership with Senior Brand Manager, support the strategy and development of brand programs to achieve business and brand targets, grounded in consumer insights, competitive landscape, and category trends.
- Oversee the execution of brand initiatives and coordinate cross-functional deliverables in collaboration with cross-functional teams including Marketing, R&D, Sales, Ecommerce, Operations, Finance to ensure seamless execution from concept to shelf
- Act as brand steward, ensuring consistency across all consumer and trade touchpoints (digital, retail, POS, and packaging, etc.)
- Monitor category, market, and consumer trends to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation
- Support budget planning and ongoing program budget tracking
- Partner with broader brand team and operations team to support innovation strategy, product development process, and commercialization milestones
- Support concept development through consumer insights, category research and trend identification
- Help manage go-to-market planning for innovation launches, including packaging, naming, claims development, creative briefs, in-market testing, and launch campaign support
- Assist in developing stage-gate documentation, timelines and launch readiness tools
- Analyze post-launch performance and contribute to optimization recommendations
- Adapt to evolving organizational needs and take on new responsibilities with a proactive, roll-up-your-sleeves mindset.
Who You Are
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 5+ years of progressive marketing experience in CPG industry
- Direct experience in innovation, product development, new product launches or commercialization strongly preferred
- Result oriented. Highly analytical and data-driven mindset
- Demonstrated creative thinking and problem-solving abilities; Comfortable with ambiguity and “finding a way” in fast-paced environments
- Passion for category trends, consumer behavior and uncovering insights that spark big ideas Exceptional communication, project management and collaboration skills
- Strong ownership mentality with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously

Type: Full-Time, exempt
Salary Range Opportunity:
- The salary range for this role is $110,000 - $120,000 + 20% annual bonus
Compensation Philosophy & Total Comp:
- Our salary ranges are based on verified market data and our philosophy of paying competitively for our size and industry
- Individual pay rate decisions are based on several factors, including qualifications for the role, experience level, skillset, and balancing internal equity relative to peers at the company
- In addition to base salary, full-time team members receive medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401K 6% match, and monthly reimbursements for wellness and home office.
