About You
You like helping clients design and build responsive web or mobile apps to achieve their goals. You have experience in web applications development, interaction design, data analysis, or enterprise applications implementation – particularly using content management systems like Webflow or Wordpress or no-code/low-code visual application builders. You are proficient with CSS and HTML as well as UX design fundamentals. You see yourself as a creative problem solver and enjoy working in a dynamic team.
What You’ll Do:
- Build UI and data architecture for websites, web, and mobile applications
- Convert client requirements into system maps, process flows, wireframes, and functional mobile and web apps with an emphasis on clean and clear user experience
- Devise and execute build plan for applications in collaboration with other team members
- Work in a collaborative team environment, interfacing with multiple departments

- Communicate technical requirements and specifications to non-technical stakeholders.
The Experience You’ll Need:
- Minimum three years experience in building user interfaces for websites web or mobile applications
- Proficiency with HTML, CSS, Javascript, and database concepts
- Knowledge of design and UI/UX workflow and best practices
- Ability to convert client requirements into system maps, process flows, wireframes, and functional mobile and web apps
- Worked in a collaborative team environment, interfacing with multiple departments and clients.
- Ability to communicate technical requirements and specifications to non-technical stakeholders
- Ability to support larger complex projects and other company initiatives when needed
- Experience with digital prototyping tools such as Figma, Miro, or Photoshop
- Experience in managing and working with clients to meet project deliverables
- Previous experience managing projects from conception through delivery and maintenance

Compensation Disclosure
The anticipated base salary for this position is $75,000 to $90,000, based on the Los Angeles market. The base salary offered may vary depending on several factors, including the applicant's qualifications, relevant experience, specific skills, level of education, certifications, and the geographic location where the role will be performed.
Please note that the listed compensation details apply to the base salary only and do not include additional elements of the total compensation package, such as performance bonuses, stock options, or benefits. The final compensation package will be determined by evaluating the candidate’s qualifications in relation to market standards and internal pay equity.
