About the Role 

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Event Marketing Manager with hands-on event strategy, planning, and execution experience. This role is critical in shaping our event strategy for 2025 and beyond, ensuring alignment with business objectives, and delivering measurable results. The Event Marketing Manager will report to the head of Marketing and play a pivotal role in our growth through innovative and high-impact events.

What You’ll Do:

Event Strategy & Planning

    • Develop and execute a strategic event roadmap aligned with Chorus Innovations' business goals.
    • Research and recommend events to attend, presenting a business case for participation or non-participation based on ROI projections.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to align event objectives with broader marketing and sales initiatives.

Event Execution

    • Lead end-to-end planning, including contract negotiations, vendor management, budgeting, and logistics.
    • Coordinate event programming, including speaker recruitment, applications, and on-site management.
    • Organize networking events, dinners, or side meetings to maximize impact during conferences.

Engagement & Promotion

    • Partner with sales and marketing teams to develop targeted pre-event outreach campaigns.
    • Plan post-event follow-up strategies to convert leads into opportunities and foster ongoing client relationships.

Performance Measurement

    • Define and track KPIs to assess event success, including lead generation, attendee satisfaction, and ROI.
    • Present post-event analyses and actionable insights to stakeholders, with recommendations for improvement.

The Experience You’ll Need:

  • Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in event management, with a proven track record in crafting and executing successful event strategies.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple events simultaneously under strict deadlines.
  • Demonstrated ability to measure event performance and communicate ROI effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, adept at engaging with internal stakeholders and external partners.
  • Ability to travel as needed for event execution.

Compensation Disclosure

The anticipated base salary for this position is $100,000 to $125,000, based on the Los Angeles market. The base salary offered may vary depending on several factors, including the applicant's qualifications, relevant experience, specific skills, level of education, certifications, and the geographic location where the role will be performed.

Please note that the listed compensation details apply to the base salary only and do not include additional elements of the total compensation package, such as performance bonuses, stock options, or benefits. The final compensation package will be determined by evaluating the candidate’s qualifications in relation to market standards and internal pay equity.
