Role: Inside Sales Intern 
Location: Remote (US-based)
Type: Internship – Part-Time / Flexible Hours (10-20 hours per week ideally)
Duration: [~8–10 weeks with potential for extension]

Role Overview

We’re looking for a motivated Inside Sales Intern—ideally a current college student or recent graduate—who is eager to gain hands-on experience in sales outreach within a fast-paced, growing health tech environment. You will support our sales and marketing team by identifying, engaging, and nurturing prospective clients, with a focus on organizations in the behavioral and public health sectors.

This is an excellent opportunity to build your communication, research, and sales skills while contributing to meaningful work that impacts communities nationwide.

Key Responsibilities

  • Research and identify potential leads in targeted markets (behavioral health providers, public health agencies, community organizations, research institutions).
  • Conduct outbound outreach via email, phone, and LinkedIn to introduce our platform and qualify interest.
  • Maintain and update CRM records to ensure accurate tracking of prospects and interactions.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop messaging and outreach strategies.
  • Schedule and coordinate introductory meetings between prospects and sales executives.
  • Assist with sales reports, campaign tracking, and market analysis as needed.

Qualifications

  • Current college student (Junior/Senior) or recent graduate, ideally studying Business, Marketing, Public Health, Communications, or a related field.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfortable making outbound calls and sending professional outreach messages.
  • Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Self-motivated, eager to learn, and able to work independently.
  • Interest in health technology, behavioral health, and public health is a plus.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) is a bonus but not required.

Compensation Disclosure

The anticipated hourly rate for this position is $25/hr, based on the Los Angeles market. The base salary offered may vary depending on several factors, including the applicant's qualifications, relevant experience, specific skills, level of education, certifications, and the geographic location where the role will be performed.
