Job Title: Content & Project Coordinator 

 

Role Overview:

ChukMedia is looking for a new team member to join our growing health & wellness marketing team for a hybrid role existing with our Client Partnerships and Project

Management teams to lead content submissions, review and approval processes with our teams and clients.

 

Technical Content Management 

 

  • Submission Systems: Manage client content review systems and tools, specifically

Veeva Vault, to submit social media, digital, photo, video, and audio content in a timely

and in an accurate manner.

  • Process Ownership: maintain ownership of internal batch trackers, client records, and

communications to keep all stakeholders updated daily on the status of submissions,

reviews, and approvals.

  • Feedback Loops: Manage the feedback and revision process by sharing detailed client

feedback across agency documentation and coordinating next steps with Creative,

Strategy, Project Management, and Client Partnerships teams.

  • Review Management: Lead agenda setting, content prioritization, and weekly

discussions with clients and internal teams for content reviews.

 

Project Coordination & Execution

 

  • Workflow Management: Manage ongoing workstreams related to content submissions

and approvals, ensuring the team tracks to internal and client deadlines while identifying

potential blockers.

  • Asset Control: Responsible for QAing posts, decks, and communications prior to

submission, and ensuring assets are trafficked to the appropriate destinations upon

approval.

  • Planning & Organization: Develop timelines for small projects, maintain the

organization of creative files, and ensure task assignments in tools like

ClickUp/Workfront are accurate.

  • Meeting Facilitation: Organize and lead team meetings (e.g., standups, content

reviews), ensuring agendas are prepared, notes are captured, and action items are

shared with clients.

 

Client Partnership & Communication

 

  • Relationship Building: Develop strong relationships with junior clients and content

review teams, anticipating their needs and resolving issues timely.

  • Strategic Representation: Understand agency and brand strategy to effectively

represent concepts during review discussions and ensure deliverables align with brand

guidelines.

  • Effective Communication: Utilize various communication tools (Slack, email, decks)

with empathy and clarity, leading coordination efforts for content submissions with

support from AE and PM leadership.

  • Reporting: Liaise with strategy and analytics to ensure timely delivery of reports and

provide updates to leadership regarding submission efficiencies and process

improvements.

 

Core Competencies

  • Experience: 1-3 years in an agency or content management environment, fully

understanding social and digital media content best practices and capable of

understanding and operating within clients’ own regulatory and compliance

requirements. 

  • Leadership & Culture: Operate in a collaborative, solutions-oriented manner,

understanding how your role fits within the larger organization and respective

departments (Creative, Media, Analytics). Practicing Vayner principles and empathy in

all internal and client interactions. 

  • Accountability: Be a self-starter who creates systems to stay organized, completes

work with minimal mistakes, and is accountable for personal behavior and company

culture.

  • Growth Mindset: Demonstrate curiosity to further professional growth, remaining
