CI Azumano is seeking a Project Manager, Sr. to support our Executive Team. 

The Project Manager, Sr. supports the Executive Team in planning, executing, and delivering projects within scope, schedule, and budget. This role helps coordinate cross-functional teams, manage project activities, track progress, and ensure stakeholders remain informed. This role requires C-level visibility, professional communication, and collaboration with a high-performing team.

Roles and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Project Planning & Coordination:
    • Work directly with the C-level organization to determine requirements, scope, success criteria and priority.
    • Assist in developing project plans, schedules, milestones, and resource allocations.
    • Work cross-functionally across company departments to assist identification of tasks, milestones, dependencies and resource needs.
    • Coordinate daily project activities and ensure team members understand priorities and deadlines and task commitments and progress are understood.
    • Coordinate supplier and vendor management compliance requirements and research potential and existing vendors to requirements.
    • Help identify project risks, issues, and action items and support development of mitigation strategies.
  • Project Execution & Monitoring:
    • Track project progress against scope, schedule, budget, and quality expectations.
    • Analyze quantitative performance data, identify trends, escalate performance issues, and provide feedback to management.
    • Prepare and maintain project documentation including status reports, meeting notes, logs, and dashboards.
    • Conduct regular check-ins with workstream leads to monitor deliverables and remove roadblocks.
    • Support change control procedures and ensure proper documentation.
  • Team Support & Leadership:
    • Design and establish repositories, team sites, templates, standard operating procedures.
    • Serve as a point of contact for team inquiries, clarifications, and task coordination.
    • Facilitate project meetings, workshops, and decision-making sessions.
    • Promote collaboration, communication, and alignment across project teams.
  • Stakeholder Communication:
    • Prepare briefings, reports, and updates for stakeholders, leadership, and clients.
    • Communicate risks, issues, and schedule impacts promptly and professionally.
    • Ensure project information is distributed accurately and on time.
  • Administrative Support:
    • Assist with budget tracking, forecasting, and reporting.
    • Support procurement activities and coordinate vendor reviews and performance reporting.
    • Maintain project records in accordance with organizational standards and compliance requirements.
  • Quality & Compliance:
    • Ensure deliverables meet quality standards, specifications, and regulatory requirements.
    • Participate in reviews, audits, and quality assurance activities.
    • Support adherence to organizational project management frameworks.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 2–5+ years of experience supporting or managing projects.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Experience with project management tools.
  • Ability to coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Experience preparing briefing materials.
  • Excels with details and using objective data to support teams and leaders.
  • Preference will be given to candidates with the following experience and/or certifications.
    • Experience managing in a Service Delivery Organization.
    • Experience with Contact Centers.
    • Having implemented or been part of ISO 9001, ISO 20K or ISO 27001 organization.
    • PMP, CAPM, or similar certification.
    • Experience in the Travel industry.
    • Familiarity with quantitative process performance management, business process optimization, Lean TQM, etc.
