Position Summary

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Healthcare/Life Sciences Account Executive with B2B experience to join our organization. As an Account Executive, you will play a key role in driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, conducting cold outreach and managing inbound leads generated by marketing activities.  Existing relationships with key client stakeholders in healthcare/life sciences or insurance/financial services is a must.  This role requires a proactive individual with a passion for sales, a deep understanding of IT consulting and a proven ability to achieve or exceed targets in a competitive environment. 

Position Overview/Key Responsibilities

Client Acquisition and Business Development

  • Proactively identify and engage clients in need of IT consulting solutions and services within the Digital, Pega or Salesforce environments.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive new business growth.
  • Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline through cold calling, networking, and leveraging industry connections.

Account Management

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring satisfaction and addressing concerns promptly.

Market Research and Strategy

  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and client hiring patterns to identify opportunities and stay ahead of the curve.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align sales strategies with market demands and company goals.

Client Engagement

  • Cultivate strong, trusted relationships with key client stakeholders, including C-suite executives, IT leaders, and decision-makers.
  • Present tailored proposals, and articulate business value to drive client buy-in and interest.
  • Attend in person events and client meetings
  • Ability to travel 30% 

Performance and Reporting

  • Meet and exceed individual sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
  • Provide regular updates and sales forecasts to leadership.

What you bring to Ciberspring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 5-7+ years of proven sales experience in IT solutions consulting, IT staffing or related field.
  • Existing client network in Healthcare/Life Sciences or Insurance/Financial Services
  • Prior experience selling Digital, Pega or Salesforce solutions and services.
  • Strong understanding of IT roles, technologies, and market trends.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and nurture long-term client relationships.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and MS Office Suite.
