Position Summary:

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Salesforce Developer to drive the design, development, and implementation of software solutions on the Salesforce platform. In this role, you will be responsible for architecting, building, and maintaining high-quality applications that align with our clients’ business objectives and their users. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, leverage your deep knowledge of the Salesforce ecosystem, and stay current with emerging technologies to deliver scalable and efficient solutions.

Position Overview

  • Solution Architecture & Development: Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable applications on the Salesforce platform that align with business needs and industry standards.
  • Collaborative Feature Development: Collaborate with project team members, including product owners, Salesforce consultants, and other developers, to define, design, and implement new applications, features, and system enhancements.
  • System Integration: Integrate Salesforce with external systems and applications using web APIs, asynchronous messaging, and other tools to ensure seamless data flow across platforms.
  • Quality Assurance & Best Practices: Uphold coding standards through best practices, code reviews, testing, and version control (Git). Manage deployment across development, testing, and production environments to ensure smooth delivery.
  • Platform Innovation: Stay updated with Salesforce releases, new features, and industry trends. Assess and incorporate relevant new technologies and functionalities into existing solutions to enhance platform capabilities.
  • Mentorship & Knowledge Sharing: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior developers, fostering a collaborative and knowledge-sharing environment to promote skill development within the team.

What you bring to Ciberspring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • Healthcare and Life Sciences Industry experience (Health Cloud or Life Sciences Cloud)
  • 10+ years of software development experience, including a minimum of 5 years dedicated to Salesforce development in complex, multi-cloud environments.
  • Salesforce Platform Developer I certification (required). Additional Salesforce certifications (such as Platform Developer II, Application Architect, or System Architect) are highly desirable.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Programming: Advanced object-oriented programming skills, with a strong understanding of enterprise design patterns and best practices.
    • Salesforce Development: Proficiency in using Apex to implement business logic including the development of triggers, batch jobs, web services, and application code.
    • UI Development: Expertise in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, Lightning Web Components, and Aura Components.
    • Data Modeling: Proficiency in Salesforce data model customization along with strong knowledge of relational databases, SQL, and SOQL.
    • Version Control: Proficient in Git and experience with CI/CD tools.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Multi-Cloud Expertise: Hands-on experience with Salesforce Data Cloud, Marketing Cloud, or other specialized Salesforce clouds.
  • Integration & API Knowledge: Proficiency with system integrations, including knowledge of integration best practices and middleware solutions like Mulesoft.
  • Cloud Platforms & Modern Tech Stacks: Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
  • AI & Emerging Technologies: Experience with large language models (LLMs), Agentforce, or similar AI-powered tools.
