Position Summary

We are looking for a part-time Salesforce PSA Administrator (approximately 20 hours/week) with a strong background in reporting and analytics to optimize our Professional Services Automation (PSA) tool, enhance data visibility, and enable data-driven decision-making across our organization.

Position Overview

As a Salesforce PSA Administrator, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our Salesforce PSA platform (Certina) with a focus on reporting and analytics. You will work closely with Delivery, Resource Management, Finance, and Leadership teams to ensure accurate data tracking, insightful reporting, and process efficiency within our PSA environment.

PSA Administration & System Management

  • Administer and maintain our Salesforce PSA platform to support project delivery, resource management, and financial tracking.
  • Configure system settings, workflows, and automation to optimize performance and data integrity.
  • Manage user roles, permissions, and access controls to ensure security and compliance.
  • Identify and implement system enhancements to improve usability and reporting capabilities.

Reporting & Analytics

  • Develop and maintain custom reports and dashboards to provide insights into project financials, resource utilization, forecasting, and operational performance.
  • Support leadership with real-time analytics and data visualization to drive strategic decision-making.
  • Ensure data accuracy and consistency across the PSA platform by implementing best practices in data governance.
  • Build and automate reporting solutions to streamline business intelligence and KPI tracking.

Collaboration & Process Improvement

  • Partner with Delivery, Finance, and Sales teams to understand reporting needs and optimize data-driven decision-making.
  • Support forecasting and capacity planning efforts by ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
  • Identify process inefficiencies and recommend automation or system enhancements to improve overall business operations.
  • Train and support users on best practices for reporting, dashboards, and data entry in the PSA system.

What you bring to Ciberspring

  • 2+ years of experience administering a Salesforce-based PSA tool (e.g., Certinia (FinancialForce), Kantata, or equivalent).
  • Strong expertise in Salesforce reporting, dashboards, and analytics tools (including Salesforce Reports, Einstein Analytics, or third-party BI tools).
  • Proficiency in PSA data structures, project financials, resource management, and operational metrics.
  • Experience with Salesforce configuration (flows, objects, fields, permissions, etc.).
  • Knowledge of PSA best practices within a professional services or consulting environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for data accuracy and business insights.
  • Excellent communication skills to translate data findings into actionable recommendations for stakeholders.
  • Salesforce Administrator Certification required
  • PSA Administrator Certification preferred (but not required)
  • Ideal resource will also have some Sales Cloud experience
