Position Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Salesforce Services Seller to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 3-7 years of experience in Salesforce services, with familiarity with Health Cloud and Marketing Cloud.
Position Overivew:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth for Salesforce services across various verticals.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities with a go-getter mentality.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understand their needs and work with your team to provide tailored Salesforce solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction.
- Present tailored proposals, and articulate business value to drive client buy-in and interest.
- Attend in-person events and client meetings.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
- Provide regular updates and sales forecasts to leadership.
- Stay up to date with Salesforce products, industry trends, and best practices.
- Ability to travel up to 50%.
What you bring to Ciberspring:
- 3-7 years of experience in Salesforce services, with a proven track record of success in sales.
- Intimate familiarity with all of Salesforce’s offerings and license models, with particular focus on Health Cloud and Marketing Cloud.
- Knowledge and experience in the Salesforce ecosystem, most particularly in the Health and Life Sciences domain.
- Ability, desire and track record of building a partnership relationship with Salesforce and within the greater Salesforce ecosystem.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Highly motivated, with a strong desire to grow and succeed.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in a high-growth or startup environment.
