Position Summary 

We are seeking an innovative and experienced Salesforce Sales Strategist to join our team. This dynamic role will closely support and collaborate with our Salesforce Services Seller to enhance the sales process, scope client projects, and ensure seamless hand-offs to delivery teams. This position demands a visionary leader who thrives on innovation, possesses excellent public speaking abilities, and demonstrates expertise in Salesforce solutions and industry trends. 

Position Overview 

  • Work closely with the Salesforce Services Sales team to assist in the sales process, providing strategic insights and expert recommendations tailored to client needs. 
  • Lead the project scoping process, ensuring accurate alignment between client goals and proposed solutions. 
  • Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure seamless transitions from sales to project execution, fostering client satisfaction and successful outcomes. 
  • Identify opportunities for innovation and develop visionary strategies to position Ciberspring as a market leader in Salesforce services. 
  • Participate in public speaking engagements, representing Ciberspring at industry conferences, webinars, and client presentations to drive thought leadership and brand visibility. 
  • Stay abreast of Salesforce products, industry trends, and emerging technologies to continuously enhance strategies and offerings. 
  • Demonstrate leadership in cross-functional teams to execute initiatives that drive growth and innovation across verticals. 

What you bring to Ciberspring

  • 5-10 years of experience in a sales strategist, sales engineer, or related implementation role in Salesforce services or digital consulting. 
  • Comprehensive understanding of Salesforce products, solutions, and platforms, including Health Cloud and Marketing Cloud familiarity. 
  • Proven track record of delivering innovative strategies and guiding complex sales processes to successful outcomes. 
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and public speaking skills, with a natural ability to inspire and lead teams. 
  • Demonstrated expertise in project scoping and transitioning sales to delivery teams. 
  • Ability to think critically and creatively, developing visionary solutions that align with client goals and industry trends. 
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. 

Preferred 

  • Experience in a high-growth or startup environment. 
  • Familiarity with Veeva, or similar platforms. 
  • Background in health and life sciences or digital consulting.
