Position Summary

Serve as the technical lead for Salesforce Health and Life Sciences engagements. Scope, design, and solution Salesforce engagements for healthcare and life sciences accounts, partnering for success from discovery through Statement of Work (SOW) and handoff to Customer Success.

Position Overview

  • Architect and deliver complex, scalable Salesforce solutions tailored to healthcare and life sciences clients, leveraging Health Cloud, Life Sciences Cloud, and other Salesforce components. This includes overseeing integration strategies, data migration, and implementation plans that enhance out-of-the-box capabilities
  • Collaborate directly with the Ciberspring Channel Account Executive and Salesforce AEs to attend joint discovery sessions.
  • Build compelling vertical-specific architectures and roadmaps for healthcare and life sciences clients.
  • Assist in the authoring of SOWs, proposals, and solution documentation tailored to client requirements.
  • Lead post-sales to ensure successful delivery.
  • Maintain solution assets, demos, and collateral relevant to healthcare and life sciences.
  • Provide technical enablement to partners and Salesforce stakeholders.

What you bring to Ciberspring

  • 5-7 years of implementation experience on Salesforce Health Cloud and other components.
  • 3–5 years in technical pre-sales/solution engineering, preferably in the Salesforce ecosystem.
  • 2-3 years’ experience leading team of consultants, developers and admins.
  • Experience with healthcare/life sciences data, workflows, and compliance standards.
  • Proven ability to craft SOWs and solution artifacts for CRM and digital transformation projects.
  • Strong presentation, technical communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.

Preferred: Salesforce certifications and knowledge of AI/ML marketing use cases.

We are committed to providing competitive compensation for all roles at Ciberspring.  We consider multiple factors when determining compensation, including your skills, experience, and qualifications while balancing internal parity relative to peers within the company

The targeted base salary range for this position is: 

$140,000 - $180,000 USD
