We’re looking for a Dealer Program Associate to join our marketing team! You will be on the frontlines facilitating and enhancing our dealer rewards program for a top-tier client in the automotive industry. This role is pivotal in building strong dealer relationships and driving program engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day management of the dealer rewards program, serving as a concierge-level point of contact for tire dealers.
- Develop and implement structured rewards systems, including merchandise, point-of-purchase (POP) materials, and auto-adjacent items.
- Integrate gamification elements to boost dealer participation and program excitement.
- Conduct regular communications with dealers, including quarterly calls to diagnose program adoption, offer additional rewards, and validate store information.
- Coordinate and execute regional on-site visits to foster strong dealer relationships and provide tailored support.
- Manage distribution logistics, including fulfillment of branded merchandise boxes and communication with distribution partners.
- Draft and disseminate targeted email communications and direct mail materials to sustain dealer engagement and brand alignment.
- Analyze feedback from dealers and present monthly insights to refine and optimize the program.
- Lead bi-monthly meetings with internal teams to align on objectives, performance metrics, and updates.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in program management, marketing, or a similar role.
- Dealer experience is required.
- Proven track record of managing reward programs or customer engagement initiatives.
- Exceptional organizational and project management skills.
- Excellent relationship-building capabilities.
- Experience with gamification strategies and customer engagement tools is a plus.
- Willingness to travel regionally to meet program goals.
