We’re looking for an Ambassador Associate to join our marketing team! You will be on the frontlines facilitating and enhancing our content creator program for a top-tier client in the automotive industry.

Key Responsibilities: 

• Identify, contact, and invite new members to the community, ensuring they align with the brand and program values. 

• Build and maintain relationships with content creators to foster long-term collaboration. 

• Plan and coordinate logistics for brand events, ensuring a seamless experience for participants. 

• Travel to brand events, as required, to provide on-site support and represent the program. 

• Utilize social platforms, particularly Instagram and email, to engage with content creators and their audiences effectively. 

• Stay ahead of social media trends to ensure program relevance and alignment with the brand's strategy. 

• Copy write emails, social media posts, and ad hoc items. 

Qualifications: 

• 1-3 years’ experience in social media, events, and/or marketing. 

• Strong verbal and written communication skills. 

• Ability to build genuine relationships with all kinds of people. 

• Extroverted; loves consistently interacting with others and is comfortable presenting to audiences. 

• Embraces change; can adapt and think on their feet in fast-paced scenarios. 

• Approaches their work with creativity. 

• Lifelong learner who is passionate about becoming a subject matter expert. 

• In-depth understanding of social media (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube). 

• A detail-oriented and highly organized approach to managing multiple projects. 

• Supportive team member who will do what it takes to help the team succeed. 

• Willingness to travel for events. 

• Knowledge of the automotive industry is a plus.
