Senior Product Marketing Manager

About Us

Circle is building the world’s leading all-in-one platform for online communities. We make it possible for creators, coaches, educators, and businesses to bring together their audience with engaging discussions, live streams, events, chat, courses, and payments — all in one place, all under their own brand.

We’re proud to be a fully remote company of around 170 (and growing!) team members from 30+ countries around the world. We seek exceptional individuals around the world, set them up to do the best work of their lives, and in turn, create a meaningful impact in their own lives. We don't track hours, but we do manage for high expectations very closely. We collaborate across time zones, are highly async, and like to document a lot.

Twice a year, we bring the whole company together in beautiful places around the world for our company offsites. So far, we’ve hosted offsites in Turkey, Portugal, Mexico, Thailand, Colombia, Italy, Ireland, and more, with still more to come!

About the role

As the Senior Product Marketing Manager you’ll be essential to shaping how Circle is perceived in the market, ensuring our messaging resonates with target customers and differentiates us from the competition. You’ll be an expert on positioning Circle’s products, driving cross-functional launches, and creating compelling narratives that resonate across customer journeys.

You’ll work closely with product, sales, and marketing to craft clear, compelling, and differentiated messaging that connects with customers and empowers internal teams to communicate Circle’s unique benefits effectively.

What you'll be doing

  • Craft high-impact copy and content that connects with target customers. You’ll write, edit, and oversee the creation of product content, from website copy to email campaigns, sales decks, and product collateral. Your focus will be on creating clear, compelling, and persuasive copy that speaks to the needs of our customers and showcases Circle’s unique value.
  • Support Circle’s messaging and positioning strategy to differentiate in a competitive market. Help refine Circle’s product messaging and positioning by tailoring key messages for different audiences, ensuring consistency across all channels, and contributing to building a strong narrative that drives differentiation and brand recognition.
  • Contribute to go-to-market strategies for product launches. Assist in developing and executing go-to-market strategies for product launches. Support the creation of compelling messaging for new features, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure a smooth go-to-market process that maximizes product adoption and market impact.
  • Enable the go-to-market team with the tools and resources needed for success. You’ll work closely with the sales and customer success teams to develop sales enablement content, including battlecards, pitch decks, FAQs, and training materials. Your goal is to arm the GTM team with the knowledge and tools they need to effectively communicate Circle’s value to prospects and customers.
  • Develop external facing enablement tools and resources to empower customers. Create customer-facing enablement materials, including product guides, FAQs, and training content, to ensure customers fully understand and utilize Circle’s products. You’ll help craft content that educates and engages customers, making it easier for them to adopt new features and get the most value from Circle’s offerings.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to drive cohesive messaging and customer insights. You’ll partner with product, customer success, and marketing teams to gather customer insights, feedback, and data to inform messaging and product positioning. You’ll ensure messaging resonates across customer touchpoints and speaks directly to customer pain points and needs.
  • Help shape the Circle brand story as we introduce new products and scale up-market. As Circle introduces new products like Circle Discover, Headless, and APIs, you’ll help shape the overarching brand story and ensure our positioning aligns with new customer segments and product capabilities. You’ll play a key role in helping us expand into new markets and reach new ICPs.
