About Us

Circle is building the world’s leading all-in-one platform for online communities. We make it possible for creators, coaches, educators, and businesses to bring together their audience with engaging discussions, live streams, events, chat, courses, and payments — all in one place, all under their own brand.

We’re proud to be a fully remote company of around 180 (and growing!) team members from 30+ countries around the world. We seek exceptional individuals around the world, set them up to do the best work of their lives, and in turn, create a meaningful impact in their own lives. We don't track hours, but we do manage for high expectations very closely. We collaborate across time zones, are highly async, and like to document a lot.

Twice a year, we bring the whole company together in beautiful places around the world for our company offsites. So far, we’ve hosted offsites in Turkey, Portugal, Mexico, Thailand, Colombia, Italy, Ireland, and more, with still more to come!

About the role

Our RevOps team is just getting started and already making a big impact! We build the systems, processes, and data infrastructure that power our go-to-market teams. Whether it’s Sales, Marketing, or Customer Success, our mission is to enable these teams to move faster, operate smarter, and grow efficiently.

As a Systems Administrator, you’ll be a key player in that mission — owning our CRM and supporting cross-functional teams with clean data, scalable workflows, and world-class system configuration. You’ll be the in-house expert responsible for configuring, maintaining, and optimizing our CRM and connected tools. You’ll partner closely with Marketing Ops, Sales Ops, and CS Ops to ensure our systems support scalable processes, actionable data, and seamless handoffs across the entire customer journey.

You’ll be hands-on in the systems every day — solving problems, spotting inefficiencies, and implementing improvements that directly impact revenue growth and customer success.

What you'll be doing

  • Own day-to-day configuration and administration of HubSpot (our current CRM), ensuring reliability and usability across teams.
  • Act as the go-to resource for user support, training, and troubleshooting across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Customer Support teams.
  • Implement, document, and maintain CRM processes, custom properties, workflows, and data automations.
  • Partner with the RevOps team to design and execute process improvements within HubSpot, Census, and other go-to-market tools.
  • Manage integrations and syncs via reverse ETL tools (e.g., Census), ensuring product and business data flows cleanly into HubSpot
  • Manage day-to-day system operations including user roles, permissions, troubleshooting, and QA.
  • Design and implement scalable processes that improve CRM hygiene, data quality, and GTM efficiency.
  • Own integrations with key tools across the tech stack (e.g. Census, Clay, Chili Piper, PartnerStack and Retool).

What you'll need to be successful

  • Strong alignment with our values, find our values on our career page if you haven’t read up on them yet
  • You are proficient in English (spoken, written, and reading) at a CEFR Level C2 / ILR Level 5.
  • 2+ years managing and customizing CRMs across Marketing, Sales, and CS use cases (HubSpot is our current CRM, but you likely have experience with SalesForce).
  • Strong understanding of CRM architecture, data models, lead routing, lifecycle stages, and campaign tracking.
  • Hands-on experience with reverse ETL tools like Census, Hightouch, or similar platforms.
  • Deep understanding of go-to-market processes and how to optimize systems to support them.
  • Strong analytical skills — you should be confident building reports, analyzing data, and using those insights to improve CRM operations.
  • Experience running QA and testing before launching new workflows or processes.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills — you’ll be working with stakeholders across the business.
  • Highly organized, autonomous, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.

Bonus points

  • Experience with data modeling, SQL, and BI tools (e.g. Metabase, Looker, Tableau, etc.).
  • Exposure to API-based integrations and working knowledge of how to spec or troubleshoot custom syncs.
  • Worked in SaaS businesses with a PLG or freemium model.
  • Familiarity with customer support and billing tools (e.g., Zendesk, Stripe).
  • Exposure to multiple CRMs. HubSpot is what we have now, but this could change down the line.
