Brand Experiences Manager
About Us
Circle is building the world’s leading all-in-one platform for online communities. We make it possible for creators, coaches, educators, and businesses to bring together their audience with engaging discussions, live streams, events, chat, courses, and payments — all in one place, all under their own brand.
We’re proud to be a fully remote company of around 180 (and growing!) team members from 30+ countries around the world. We seek exceptional individuals around the world, set them up to do the best work of their lives, and in turn, create a meaningful impact in their own lives. We don't track hours, but we do manage for high expectations very closely. We collaborate across time zones, are highly async, and like to document a lot.
Twice a year, we bring the whole company together in beautiful places around the world for our company offsites. So far, we’ve hosted offsites in Turkey, Portugal, Mexico, Thailand, Colombia, Italy, Ireland, and more, with still more to come!
About the role
Over the past two years, Circle has seen incredible organic momentum with events, and we're ready to scale that success into 2026 and beyond.
Reporting to the Senior Brand Partnerships Manager, the Brand Experiences Manager will lead the end-to-end strategy, planning, programming, and execution of our in person events strategy -from intimate in-person gatherings to large-scale conferences. The big goal is to leverage our presence at events to drive ROI for the business through inbound leads, brand partnerships, and customer engagement. To do this, you’ll need to be creative, resourceful, and have strong business acumen. As an ambassador, you will personify Circle’s brand, and may be the only in-person face-to-face meeting our customer and prospects get from our team.
To thrive in this role, you'll need to be exceptionally organized, creative, people-oriented, and results-driven. You should bring strong attention to detail, a natural charisma, and a passion for connecting with people. If you love to travel, obsess over the attendee experience, and get excited about connecting with people, we want to hear from you.
This role requires regular travel within the U.S., and occasionally beyond. Given the travel requirements, we are only open to hiring someone based in the U.S.
What you'll be doing
- Lead Circle’s in person events strategy and drive ROI through customer expansion, inbound sales leads, and brand partnership opportunities.
- Produce a new series of intimate, invite-only events around the world for Circle’s top customers and VIP guests.
- Source, attend, and ultimately scale Circle’s sponsored events program.
- Deliver keynote speeches, run workshops, and moderate panels as needed for different events.
- Produce and execute other types of owned events as needed, and as we scale (eg. masterminds, meetups, and maybe even Circle’s first user conference).
- Report results of each event, and implement the learnings to evolve the strategy of Circle’s experimental marketing in coming quarters and years.
What you'll need to be successful
- Strong alignment with our values, find our values on our career page if you haven’t read up on them yet.
- You are proficient in English (spoken, written, and reading) at a CEFR Level C2 / ILR Level 5.
- 5+ years of experience in a high-touch, customer-facing go-to-market function (eg. sales, marketing, customer success, etc.).
- 3+ years of experience in experiential marketing, events marketing, or field marketing for events ranging in size from 50 people to 500+.
- Proven track record of running successful owned events, and attending conferences on behalf of a company or organization.
- You're a natural people person with charisma and energy to host events.
- You're a confident project manager who thrives on owning the details from kickoff to execution.
- You have a sales/business development mindset.
- Holistic and creative view of partnerships and sponsorships (eg. it doesn’t just end at a simple sponsorship and booth rental).
- Skilled in subtle, story-driven sales that feel like a connection, not a pitch.
- Exceptionally relational, with the ability to build instant rapport with creators, partners, and attendees.
- Eager to help us scale our events strategy and expand our reach in the coming years.
- Excited by the idea of travelling to new cities and being on the road to represent our brand at events and activations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Self-starter; highly analytical; capable of delivering on goals with minimal supervision.
- Comfortable running an event alone, or quarterbacking an event with Circle teammates.
Bonus points
- Experience in B2B SaaS, software company, and/or the creator economy
- Multi-lingual (ideally French, German, and/or Spanish)
$130,000 - $150,000 USD per year
