About the role
We’re looking for a high-energy, relationship-driven Sr. Creator Partnerships Manager to join our Brand team and help us build the next chapter of Circle’s story.
In this role, you’ll work closely with the Head of Brand Partnerships to bring world-class partner campaigns to life—whether that’s a co-marketing initiative with a leading creator, a brand collaboration, or a live activation that deepens our footprint in the creator economy.
You’ll develop and nurture relationships with creators, manage campaign logistics, and help us execute on bold ideas that grow Circle’s brand through the power of creator partnerships.

What you’ll be doing
- Research, source, and evaluate potential partners that align with Circle’s mission and can amplify our reach, ranging from creators and thought leaders to brands and communities.
- Pitch, negotiate, and close partnership deals that drive awareness, engagement, and revenue growth.
- Plan and execute Circle’s partnership campaigns from start to finish, managing timelines, deliverables, partner communications, and logistics to ensure every campaign runs smoothly and delivers measurable impact.
- Supporting the cofounders and head of brand partnerships team on larger, high-visibility brand collaborations.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing partners through regular and consistent communication, proactive follow-up, with an eye for continued collaboration.
- Collaborate across internal teams (marketing, design, content, and community) to ensure partnerships are well-integrated into Circle’s broader brand strategy.
- Track and analyze campaign performance, surfacing insights and recommendations to improve future initiatives and showcase the impact of partnerships to the broader team.
What you’ll need to be successful
- 4–5 years of experience in brand partnerships, influencer marketing, campaign management, or brand collaborations.
- A natural relationship builder who connects easily with people and builds genuine, lasting partnerships.
- Has strong taste around concept and creative execution - you have an eye for what makes a campaign stand out and understand how brand, storytelling, and partnership come together to create meaningful impact.
- Proven track record driving results with brand and/or creator partnerships
- Excited to take ownership, dive into new challenges, and grow alongside the team as the partnerships program expands.
- Deeply curious about the creator economy, online business, and the power of communities.
- Collaborative, proactive, and always eager to help teammates succeed.
- Pays attention to detail, keeps everything on track, and takes pride in delivering A+ work.
- Quick to pick up tools and platforms, thinks on their feet, and enjoys figuring out how to make things work better.

- You are proficient in English (spoken, written, and reading) at a CEFR Level C2 / ILR Level 5.

- You’ve been part of (or helped build) a thriving community on Circle.
- You’ve worked directly with creators, influencers, or brand partners in the tech (B2B SaaS or consumer tech) or creator space.
$120,000 - $160,000 USD per year
The cash compensation range shown is a starting point. In addition to equity, benefits and perks, your cash compensation is subject to an annual review and increase on a once per year basis.
