Deputy CISO

strategic, technological, and managerial execution of the organization’s cybersecurity program.

The role includes responsibility for cybersecurity architecture, project portfolio management, budget and procurement, as well as leading managers and cybersecurity professionals.

The Deputy CISO will be a member of the extended Technology Division leadership team, contribute to the organization’s cybersecurity strategy and multi-year roadmap, and represent the CISO in professional and management forums when required.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage Cybersecurity Architecture and Cybersecurity Project Management teams.
• Own and drive the organization’s cybersecurity architecture and multi-year technology roadmap.
• Lead security architecture and design for new systems and infrastructures, incorporating Secure by Design and Zero Trust principles.
• Manage the cybersecurity project portfolio, including priorities, resources, risks, budgets, and delivery.
• Manage significant cybersecurity budgets, procurement processes, strategic vendors, and technology investments.
• Lead large-scale cybersecurity transformation, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Work closely with senior management and cross-functional Technology, Cloud, Infrastructure, Development, Data, and Operations teams.
• Lead professional forums, steering committees, and strategic decision-making processes.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in Cybersecurity / Information Security.
• 5+ years of management experience leading cybersecurity teams and managers.
• Proven experience managing Cybersecurity Architects, Security Experts, and/or Project Managers.
• Strong experience designing and implementing enterprise cybersecurity architecture.
• Proven experience with Zero Trust, Secure by Design, and Security Design Reviews.
• Experience leading complex cybersecurity programs and managing multi-million NIS annual budgets.
• Strong experience working with senior executives and leading organizational transformation.

Technology & Security Expertise

• Hands-on experience with Azure Security and strong understanding of Multi-Cloud environments.
• Experience with Cloud Governance, CNAPP, CSPM, CWPP, and Kubernetes Security.
• Knowledge of DSPM, DLP, Data Classification, encryption, key management, and sensitive data protection.
• Familiarity with AI Security, AI Agents, Agentic AI Security Controls, AI Governance, and data leakage risks in AI environments.
