Project Manager
A Citizen Project Manager oversees the planning, execution, and completion of marketing and creative projects to ensure they align with business objectives, stay on budget, and meet deadlines. This role involves coordinating between marketing teams, creative teams, and external vendors to ensure smooth project workflow, resource allocation, and successful outcomes. Citizen Inside’s Project Managers bring organization and strategic oversight to various marketing initiatives, from campaign launches to digital projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Planning and Execution
- Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines in collaboration with clients and creative team leads.
- Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets, and monitor progress against these targets.
- Manage resources, including allocating team members and tracking project hours, to optimize productivity and efficiency.
Team Coordination
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including internal and external teams, and more, ensuring that all are aligned on project goals and timelines.
- Facilitate regular meetings to update stakeholders, resolve issues, and adapt plans based on feedback.
- Act as the main point of contact between creative and non-creative stakeholders to ensure expectations are clearly communicated.
Client and Stakeholder Management
- Serve as the main liaison for client or internal stakeholder communications, keeping them informed about project milestones, changes, and progress.
- Gather and interpret feedback to ensure it is accurately conveyed to the greater team.
