Pickleball Facilitator

CityPickle is a dynamic and rapidly growing sport and lifestyle brand based in New York City. Our mission is to spread the joy of pickleball and put a paddle in the hand of every urban dweller. We specialize in operating both permanent, indoor pickleball clubs as well as high-profile, seasonal activations.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills with a genuine passion for pickleball
  
  
• Exceptional communication skills and the ability to build and maintain positive relationships
  
  
• Pickleball playing experience and a solid understanding of the rules preferred
  
  

Responsibilities

• Facilitate open plays, leagues, and tournaments in an organized, professional manner
  
  
• Interact directly with players to create an inclusive, engaging, and fun event environment
  
  
• Evaluate event structure and flow, providing constructive feedback to the events team to improve operations
  
  
• Assist the Lead Pro with kids programming and camps, helping organize drills and games to keep sessions fun, energetic, and well-structured
  
  

Compensation & Benefits

• $20–$25 per hour, depending on experience, for CityPickle-hosted duties
