Hours: Up to 40 hours per week

Position Overview

CityPickle is seeking friendly, energetic, and hospitality-driven Servers to join the opening team at our flagship Times Square location. Servers play a critical role in delivering a welcoming, efficient, and memorable food and beverage experience for our players and guests. This role requires strong customer service skills, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a team-first mindset.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, knowledgeable food and beverage service
• Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently
• Deliver food and beverages in a timely manner while maintaining presentation standards
• Process credit card and other transactions accurately
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café, bar, service stations, and guest areas
• Communicate clearly with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service flow
• Provide basic information about menu items, programming, and club offerings
• Assist with restocking supplies and maintaining inventory levels as needed
• Help keep courts, café, and surrounding guest areas orderly and inviting
• Support managers and team members with additional tasks as needed during service

Skills & Qualifications

• Friendly, reliable, and service-oriented with a genuine interest in hospitality
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a high-energy environment
• Comfortable using POS systems, tablets, and other technology
• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
• Prior server or food & beverage experience necessary
• Pickleball experience is a plus, but not required
