Workday Configuration Analyst

Job Title: Workday Integrations Analyst, City Storage Systems - APAC

What you’ll do

• Provide day to day support for Workday configurations including researching, identifying, and resolving complex Workday configuration issues.
• Lead Workday configuration projects with varying levels of complexities from start to finish.
• Work directly with key business users and stakeholders to gather requirements for configurations.
• Own the full configuration development life cycle that includes requirements gathering, design, build, test, deploy and maintain.
• Build Workday configuration solutions (Business Processes, Reporting, Security, etc).
• Prepare detailed technical documentation to support design and ongoing maintenance of configurations.

 

What we’re looking for

• 3-5  years of relevant technical “Workday Experience”.
• Prior experience in working with  platforms and softwares such as “Workday, SAAS, and JIRA”.
• Solid stakeholder management skills and interest in working across different teams.
• Experience working with “US benefits and payroll experience is a plus”.
